Meet our Clinical Manager and Director of Nursing, Nancy Cyprian, RN
Nancy Cyprian has more than 32 years of nursing experience. She holds patient satisfaction and care to be of the utmost importance in her nursing career. She prides herself on being a patient advocate and seeking to put the patient first above all else.
She has served the patient population across the United States from Georgia to California to Hawaii and back to Georgia.
Her experience began with a post cardiac surgery floor in Columbus, Ga and carried her to California where she worked in the Cardio-Thoracic ICU at Loma Linda University Medical Center. While there she worked with both pediatric and adult transplants and served as the relief transplant coordinator for the heart transplant team.
While in Hawaii, she began working in an outpatient ambulatory department and recognized her passion was in the outpatient setting. Since 1990 she has worked in the ambulatory surgery center setting and continues to have a passion for this sector of surgery patients.
